If you are, for any reason, unable to contact me on the site you've commissioned me on, these options are available to you:
What if I my needs have changed since submitting the request form?
Please message me as soon as you are aware and able! Not all changes can be accommodated, but it's always okay to ask. We will discuss your needs and I will let you know your options for moving forward.
Is it okay to cancel a request?
Proposal Stage: ✅
Cancelling a request at the proposal stage is perfectly reasonable! This stage is meant to allow you the freedom to determine if the commission would fit your budget and needs. After Payment: ⚠️
Please reach out to me before cancelling a paid request. Depending on how much work is completed and the justification for canceling, I may discuss a partial refund with you. After Delivery: ❌
Delivered requests cannot be cancelled or refunded unless I have not met our agreement in some fashion, such as being unable to deliver before a determined and agreed upon deadline.
Is it okay to ask for large revisions?
Here are the stages of a commission and the revisions allowed at each stage:(1) Sketching Stage
Revisions acceptable at the sketching stage include the overall concept and foundational design details.(2) Flat Color
Revisions acceptable at the flat color stage include general color corrections or tone corrections for the piece.(3) Rendering and Outline
Revisions acceptable at the rendering stage include small details and outline strength. These stages are intended to ensure that you have the opportunity for revisions throughout the process. Any large revisions that do not align with the process above may be subject to an additional fee. I will always discuss the fee with you for your approval prior to applying the changes.
What if my deadline has not been met?
In most cases, I will let you know ahead of time if I am unable to meet your deadline. Regardless of the circumstances for not meeting the deadline, you have the following options in this situation:(A) Request a refund. If a deadline was defined and agreed upon by both parties (artist and client), and it was not met, you reserve the right to be refunded in full.(B) Agree upon a new deadline. If you would still like to receive the commission, both parties (artist and client) will discuss and agree upon a new deadline. If an agreement cannot be made, please refer to (A).
Where can I find your Terms of Service agreement?
